Following her "creative-type'' son's decision to go live with his father and attend a different school after being relentlessly bullied, Margaret Fisher seeks a harsher punishment for the football playing tormentor. Alone and unable to convince her ex-husband or the principal of the school to take further action, she decides to confront the bully's entitled mother. When things don't go as anticipated, Margaret finds herself in a downward spiral... unable to stop herself from seeking retribution.
